Our Sales Team have a vast experience in the Hen and Stag T-shirt field, And will be more then happy to assist you with your ideas . If you would like to speak to one of our designers please call us on 02476 220881 and and they will be happy to assist you.
STEP 1	Choose the design you like the best and click on the image.
STEP 2	Decide what Garment Style you would like.
STEP 3	Take a look at the colour and plan what you would like your shirts to say, If you would like names on the back of the shirts, e-mail us the names with the sizes next to the names.
STEP 4	If ordering via E-mail include a Delivery Address we can deliver to your place of work if thats convient for you(please note that all delivery’s have to be signed for so there must be somebody available to accept the delivery).
STEP 5	Unless payment has been taken via Telephone a member of our sales team shall call you to take payment.
STEP 6	We shall then check your order and you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order.

Payments Order by phone 02476 220881. Our Customer Service phone line is open from 09:00 - 17:00 (GMT) Monday to Saturday. Outside of these hours please leave a message and we will call you back. We accept the following Major credit Cards: Delta, Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Electron and Amex. Should you wish to pay by cheque please make you cheque payable to C.J Printing and send to Unit 102 Coventry Retail, Queen Victoria Road, Coventry, Warks, CV1 3HT enclosing details of your order requirements.

Shipping And Handling Please allow 2-3 Working Days for your order to be Delivered, Remember Saturday and Sundays are not working days for couriers.

Returns Policy Should you wish to exchange your product please let us know immediately by emailing us at sales@henandstagshirts.co.uk or telephone us on 02476 220881, If you wish to exchange a shirt for another size you will have to pay for the replacement shirt/s.

In the odd occasion that a mistake has been made on our part a refund may be authorised. You must then send your order back to us asap for a full refund. The full refund is subject to a check once they have arrived with us. The shirts will be checked for any sign that the shirts have been worn for a night out. If the shirts smell, are marked, stained, stretched or smell like they have been washed to covered any scent, then the authorised refund will be void as the shirts were fit for the purpose they were sold.

We will pay for you to send authorised return orders back to us up to the sum of £9.99. Our company will not pay excessive amounts of money for a return that has been put on a premium service when it could have been put on a standard parcels service.

You must be at the premises to sign for your order when it arrives, if your order has not arrived on the day it was estimated to arrive please ring our office number to inform us. We will not accept responsibility for orders not arriving on time for your deadline if we have dispatched it on time. Once it has left our warehouse the parcel is in the hands of the delivery company, although if you call us we will assist you and contact the delivery company for you.

We do not accept responsiblitity for your spelling Mistakes, or you ordering an incorrect size.

During busy periods we may have to use alternative variations of shirts to complete your order and may do so without informing you.

Although we will contact you if we think that your design can be improved, or we believe that the colour print you have chosen will not complement your shirt colour or design.
